If you are eating at this Dunkin? Donuts, especially if you have kids. I think it?s common sense to have a bathroom for... customers. They won?t let you use the restroom in this location. I asked to use the restroom after ordering a tee and apple fritter and they told me I couldn't. As I'm waiting for my food, I... see an employee leave the bathroom. All I wanted to do was wash my hands because there is no hand sanitizer on site. I seeDunkin only cared for our safety when was being reported everyday on the news. I go in there regularly, and I really like the coffee and the pastry... we like the avocado toast too... but the ladies at this... location really need to step up their customer service skills... there's like no pep or energy in them and you have to reallywatch them while they do your order and then they want to argue with you when they botch it up. They may be busy because it's abusy intersection but with service like that... they will not stay a float forever. I would really like to change my 3 STARS to5 sometime in the future. Read more
I?ve found this Dunkin to be full of helpful, friendly employees. Service is provided in a prompt manner. The premises are... well-maintained and clean. They offer a fairly large menu split between Baskin-Robbins ice cream and Dunkin products. Theirlate-night availability is a huge plus. Read more
