Hash browns were not fresh. When I went to the register they refused to do anything and they totally ignored me.

Either the employees don?t know how to read the prices, or the prices are listed wrong. I?ve tried to order a 1-scoop sundae... listed at $3.59 on two separate occasions, and both times they?ve charged me $4.49. Weirdest experience ever. Went very late (around 2 am) and told the drive through worker we needed a minute to look at ice cream... flavors. He started listing all the flavors rapidly, finished, and asked again which we wanted. We hurriedly chose and he toldus to pull up to the last window. We waited at the window for a few minutes, not knowing where the worker had gone (there wereno other customers) and then he appeared and again asked what our order was. He tells us the total and we try to hand him acredit card and he just shakes his head no. So we scrounge up enough cash and he takes it, sets it on the counter, and gets usour ice creams. I'm confident he was pocketing the money and not putting the orders into the computer. Overall, a weird, badexperience and I would not return to the Baskin Robbins location. Read more
I told them to clean the garbage I was there for 20 minutes and they just did nothing, also the place was kind of full and a... customer said to me that an employee took a chair because I had no place to sit I waited and ask the employee for one and todthem that I needed a chair they just looked at me said nothing and left waited 30 minutes and they just did nothing. Avocado ???? Toast texture had a moldy smell and tastes funnier than usual. The ladies were rushing to take our order but we... were the only ones on line. Has questions about the food but never gave us the answers. The front desk looked confused like theydidn't know the menu. The tables and chairs were dirty with drink stains. Just don't know why the workers are chitchatting inthe back while they can clean the area a bit instead of the customers. Parking here is SO great! Read more
