The staff just picked the bagel I ordered with her bare hand. I dont see what so difficult to pick food up at least with paper... available for that purposes. have to throw the bagel away even I asked for exchange, just dont trust her to do it rightespecially the bagels were not in the display case. Staff named Ali (possibly manager) tried to strong arm my friend who is customer. My friend asked for honey lemon tea. Mr. Ali... said we don't have lemon and straight up ordered his coworker to make honey tea without asking if we still want it. My friendtold, so you don't have lemon! Trying to order something else. Ali says yeah we dont have lemon! and again orders his coworkerto make honey tea directly. I step in n told Mr. Ali, wait for a second since you don't have lemon let him order something else!Then he calm down n stop being pushover. Then customer service came in full swing. My question and concern is if you treat yourcustomer so poorly base on how they look, how would he treat his coworker when others are not around. Feel bad for otheremployees if he is the manager of the location. Five stars are for the other hard working staff members!!! Read more
Rude staff working here giving horrible attitude and specifically asked for a milk since I can?t drink regular and still decided... to ignore what I said. Pouring it in front of my face and tells me I?m lying about what I saw. Worst staff ever these peopleseriously need to learn the difference in their products and if one is not available just be honest and say you don?t have it.Instead of trying to give me the D*** S***s!! This place is the Worst dunkin donuts!!first of all ! DIRTY FROM THE FLOOR TO THE COUNTER!!!gross!!! I bought a croissant and... hot chocolate!to go when I get to my house ! Worst Dunkin? ive ever been to. The service is super slow. They can have 5 people behind the counter and everyone is confused as... to what their role is. When you ask for more ketchup, the attendent ARGUES with you and says ?i put ketchup in the bag? lady, ifyou work customer service, if a paying customer asks for condiments, just give them what they ask for. Instead its an argumentresponse. It gets to the point where i want to yell at them and not be polite. Theres other Dunkin donuts that are kind andalways have fast service to the point where i order from the register and my coffee is ready for me at the pick-up counter. Read more
