I ordered a café latte and a hot chocolate at the drive up to share with my father in the hospital. Coffee was undrinkable due... to sugar. Please stop pre-sugaring your cups; not everyone likes their coffee tasting like a 5 pound bag of sugar was droppedinto it. No one asked for sugar and it had to go down the drain very disappointed. Went there today 1:30pm 10/5/22 made my order, and got help from a Indian woman with a gold necklace in the front with such rude... attitude and got my simple order wrong I said French vanilla ice coffee and she gave me pumpkin how sad. The new management thattook over should really take consideration to get experience workers. This is unacceptable such horrible customer service. Thenwhen I asked does she have ketchup she yelled from across lol. Avoid coming in here they don?t even know how to makeanything.lastly night shift all have a dirty look when you come to there window as if you are not suppose to come to it evenclearly they are 24/7. Worst DD ever, if you drive to window , u better take your receipt BC they sometimes charge thing that u did not purchased ,... they knew you won?t look at it or don?t even take your receipt! I had experience many time , and we ask them why u charged ,they said :it was mistake and can not refund and can you buy that thing ! What if I did notes ? Read more
Absolutely horrible service. Those ladies that worked the afternoon of 9/12 at 2 pm are the worst. I heard their whole... conversation from the Drive-Thru speaker and took 15 minutes to greet me. Then it took another 15 minutes to give me my 2coffees. They were chatting the whole time!!! Omgggg and my order was wrong! These ladies need a serious management conversationabout service. Read more

A fairly large and clean DD with drive thru service available for orders. It's off the Horace Harding Expressway heading east on... the I-495 LIE. We had a double scoop dulce de Leche and cotton candy ice cream on a large waffle cone. The only disturbingcomment was the cashier said it cost a little more as if we didn't know that it would judging by the extra chocolate withsprinkled on the top edge of the cone. The worst Dunkin? Donuts in the history of Dunkin! I ordered two iced caramel lattes. I got one dark coffee with a nasty... disgusting hazelnut shot and one coffee that was so sweet you can taste diabetes. The donuts were nasty and stale. These peopleclearly don?t follow directions.
