The service was good but the place could use a deep cleaning. I don?t like seeing dirty glass windows all around or the streaks... of coffee stains that are all over the backsplash by the front and garbage. We asked for two of the chocolate croissants to bewarmed up and they warmed all four but that was nice of them. Read more

They always get my drink wrong. I do know what my coffee taste? it?s seemed like when you go back to tell them that your drink... was made wrong, to prove they are right they do the same thing to your drink? I went and go to the next Dunkin? donut right awayafter I made the lady do my drink the second time and still taste awful ? they made my drink right? this why I thought that thisplace when they make your drink wrong, just don?t have them re do it again because they will do the same drink to prove they arecorrect? O don?t know what is the fuss? is it so hard to admit you made it incorrectly? Read more
Luv my Dunkin Donut, however, the location in Queens need to have fresh croissants in the morning and not ones that are somewhat... hard. With that being said it's still my Dunkin coffee spot. Read more
Not the best Dunkin. My drink tastes a bit off, the syrups are not mixed in, and toppings (like whipped cream) are in small... amounts. Donut selection is also small, but they have the most common ones. Read more
The guy left the paper that comes with the cheese in both of my egg and cheese wrap. Probably done on purpose.
I come to this place every night and its impeccable; I love the atmosphere and when Hossain works there (Thursday - Saturday)... it's even better. Give this guy a raise DD. He deserves it. Read more
