Just came in here to get the mango pineapple Dunkin Refresher. No medium cups that?s fine. Then proceeds to tell me they have no... more and they only have strawberry passion fruit one. Told them I cannot drink it because I?m allergic to strawberries. Thenthey had the nerve to tell me that my reason is not serious and they already made it and I should take it. I asked for a refundand then the cashier and the barista looked at me funny which I felt very uncomfortable. For a person who used to work in acoffee shop I?d always check before opening or delivery to be sure to know what I can serve and what I cannot at the moment. Tome they?re unprofessional in terms of dealing with guests. Also forgot to mention, when I had asked for my money back shebasically threw my money back at me. Extremely disappointed in my experience here. The customer before me asked for a large iced coffee, sales associate responded... hot or cold???????????. When it was my turn I asked for the new sourdough sandwich with sausage. He said ?egg and cheese oncroissant?? I said ?no the new sourdough with sausage.? He said ?bacon? and I said ?no sausage.? When I got home guess whatit was bacon and wasn?t even toasted. It was just on plain bread. The only positive was the iced tea with extra, extralemon???? I have been going to this place in the mornings on my way to work..... few times in a two weeks session I would purchase a dozen... donuts, ?they are not fresh, very stale and cool very dry has if they were siting for few days.? I happen to buy one singledonut with coffee and the donut was not fresh......., it tasted very old.? I saw the employee slip an old one into the bag andhand it to me. I complained to them and they acted sarcastic but it still continued. This place needs transparency. Fresh donutsplease also the croissants! Cappuccino- not a full cup.... between the espresso shot and the milk froth together in the cup,turns out to be half a cup only never a full cup. Hidden little DD in a Shell Gas station. Right next to a liqour store. Coffee is made good here. Employees are not rude either.
Food is good here, staff were helpful with any issues we had and they?re always quick.
