These 4 stars is for the sweet and respectful employee that I encounter today July 2nd 2022 at Dunking donuts 81 st. Roosevelt... Avenue, Jackson heights. It was around 2:30/40sh PM. NO KETCHUP & NO NAPKINS!!! HOW?!?!?!?!? They have me using mc Donald's ketchup there is at the doctor's office I work in.

Terrible place, don't go there if you're tourist. For a small chai vanilla, a simple donut and a small iced coffee, they charged... us 17$!! I didn't say nothing because I'm not practical with dollars and taxes here, but when I did the math I realize thecashier stole from us and I was so disappointed! My cup was leaking during my trip from my home to work. I went to this location to get a different cup willing to pay for it.... Mad a big deal and kept say that?s a different store can?t give you the cup. Meanwhile one of the lady gave it to me. Thecashier tells me to come to the register thinking I?m going to pay but she still arguing with me saying that?s a different storewe can?t give the cup. I?m like seriously I?m willing to pay for it. Worst iced coffee ever. Ordered iced coffee with cream and it was 80 percent cream and practically no coffee. Asked them to do... it again and the same result. Coffee tasted like water. And they have me an attitude like I?m supposed iced coffee is supposedto be white. Never going to go there again. Read more
This is a 24hr Baskin Robbins Dunkin Donuts location, where I was just screamed at by a crew member more than once for... attempting to use a coupon I recived from the Baskin Robbins App. I was told they DO NOT ACCEPT BASKIN ROBBINS COUPONS and if Iwanted to use one I'd have to come back between the hours of 6AM & 10PM and speak to the manager. So the employee who just mademy Icecream cone (mint chocolate chip: see photos) put the icecream back in the freezer and the cone back on the rack, which Ifound to be very unsanitary. I've never ordered icecream from this location and after being treated this way for wanting to usea coupon that makes no mention of any time of day restriction it'll likely be the last time I'll attempt to use any BaskinRobbins App or coupon.
