A simple request to change my cup from pink to white lead me to an argument with one of the girls working here... This is location is the best on Jamaica. They follow all instructions when you place a mobile order. Also, the morning manager... is OUTSTANDING! She makes sure employees are adhering to all Dunkin standards and she jumps in to help them. My coffee is alwaysmade just the way like it! The location is very well maintained and clean I would suggest this morning manager go to the otherstore 168-04 Jamaica cause their location is horrible with customer service and quality. Read more
