Past reviews may not be so satisfying but I'm so glad this is the closest dunkin from my residence. The staff here is the best,... communicates well, gets the order right most of the time. One thing I'd say is, just taste your drink/order and ask them toadjust if needed. They won't give you any attitude, in fact they're so kind you would want up leave that dunkin a tip. I'mserious! This place is always busy but they seem to keep things moving well. I've seen plenty of customers that come back & moreso often lots of seniors dining in and chilling with their friends. Upon their exit, they always thank their workers, that saysanother about the customer service here. Read more

I ordered a Boston Cream donut along with other things on the app. I arrived and picked up my order. When I was ready to eat... my donut, I saw that it was a chocolate donut. I called. I told the woman 3 times what happened. She repeatedly asked me whattime I wanted to pick up my order. She wasn?t understanding anything I was saying. I again told her that I did not want toplace an order, and that they gave me the wrong donut. She then told me that they didn?t have Boston Cream. I told her Iwanted a refund, and she told me to come back to the store. I returned to the store, and she told me that they couldn?t give mea refund because I ordered online. So, they refused to refund my money and I didn?t even get the donut I paid for. I returnedthe donut to them, and I left. They told me to call the customer service number on the receipt. There isn?t a customer servicenumber on the receipt. I hate this location. Truly aggravating experience. Update: I completed a survey that the receipt hadadvertised on it. I was contacted within a day of that survey being complete. The district manager gave me a $5 coupon. I?msatisfied with that outcome. I really wish I hadn?t had to argue with the people in the shop for a refund. Read more
