The cashier was a stealer. She took the money from another customer for a Cappuccino. Charge that cappuccino with my ice coffee... and used my reward to made the cappuccino for free instead of using it for my ice coffee. When I asked her to fix it she wasshowing me attitude and anger that this cappuccino was just there it?s not part of my order then I asked her how come youcharged me for my ice coffee because I was suppose to get it for free. I wanted to talk to manager but refused to call hermanager. When I said I?m not leaving until I talk to a manager, she was like I don?t have to call anyone do whatever you want.Then I said I?ll call 911 because you are stealing money. Then she took out cash and throw the money and Snatched the coffee andfood back from me. This is what Dunkin? customer service? I?m a regular customer in Dunkin but never faced anything this before.I want to take this matter to higher authorities so that in future no one face this again. Read more
I just there and stopped by for a lemonade. It tasted like pure water so I nicely asked if the lady could fix that. She said... that?s just how they make it and then added lemonade concentrate after. However, my issue is that as I was leaving I heard hersay something along the lines of ?these people don?t know..? I couldn?t hear the rest however I?m very insulted because mymother is visibly Hispanic and I feel as if she was being targeted and it was extremely disrespectful. Very often i go there for coffee and bagel with cream cheese. Before yesterday I visited there for bagel/cc there was a guy. I... requested him instead of regular cream cheese i want strawberry/cc so he charge me first bagel/cc for $ 3.19 and then $ 1.19 forstrawberry/cc all together he charged me $4.77. I asked him why u charging me 2 time he told me this is the rule if don?t takethe regular cream cheese so, i just said really!!! I took the receipt. At the same time he printed out another one. Before tellto the tell Dunkin? he or his manager did the the survey because I will complain, anyway i did but I didn?t get any responsefrom them. Busy shop on a very busy road. They charge a dollar more for a cup of coffee here. There are male and female restrooms on the... outside of the building. You will have to get the key from an employee to use the female restroom.No drive thru or outdoorseating. The inside space is tight with no seating.The employees are usually friendly and professional. The building is easilynoticed from the road, along with the Gulf gas station on the same property. I've been here a few times and i must say the staff are very friendly and they make you feel unrushed. Very relaxed environment... for the most part. They also have a bathroom. The one bad thing is that since this place is near the airport, a lot of driversor taxis wait here. So parking is a little tricky. Read more
If you're staying at Aloft, Marriott or other LGA hotels on Ditmars there is a pedestrian only bridge to cross the expressway at... 27th. From Aloft it's about 15 minutes walking. Nice people and good Dunkin coffee!! Read more
