Went there Sunday morning and ordered a iced latte. I told the guy no whipped cream when he charged me then he makes my iced... latte and tells me he put a little bit of whipped cream and I told him ?I said no whipped cream? so instead of making me a newiced latte like he should of he takes out the whipped cream from the iced latte and the ice was all melted and my iced lattetasted watery. NEVER AGAIN and luckily my drink was free from my rewards but still!!!! Read more
June 7 2022 I asked for caramel latte with extra whip cream and it had cinnamon in it which I never asked for. The latte did... not taste so good . Next I asked for two vanilla frosted donuts and they were so small . I normally do not go to this locationbut decided to stop by since it was convenient at the moment . Today around 10 I bought a bacon egg and cheese and a regular coffee, I also ask for a Boston Donna the lady was polite and from... the time I was waiting she offered me another Donna that I don?t like it but to not be rude she goes here for you beautiful ladyI said thank you then she put me a Give me a croissant here beautiful lady I was like impressed why she give me things with outme ask her. Any way I received my order and left. When I got home I check my bank and I was charged for everything ????????so Itry to call no one pick up the phone ???? honestly I?m going to a stable a dispute it?s not the money ???? it?s her actions shedistracted me for the time she packed stuff that I didn?t order making believe that she just give me for free then over chargeme and make me pay for everything ????sorry that she make her people for Bangali looks bad because she told me her nationalitywhen she spoke to me in Spanish few words of course.
