This place just opened and they have terrible customer service. Ordered delivery at 11:20 and its 1:40.. still no delivery man.... Called the restaurant to check on status and the lady was ringing up a customer on the background and told me hes on the way.This was 12:30 ... Estimated delivery time was suppose to be 12.. so i ask how much longer? She seemed annoyed and snappedback i dont know? 5 minutes? so i said okay. It is 12:45.. still nothing... Then at 1 i get a call from driver and told me heis lost.. cannot find my house. He then asks "noone speak spanish?" i said no. He said ok i try to find and hangs up. This is agrand opening store and to promote the business you should atleast aologize to the customer. But nothing. I had enough. I wasstarving waiting for the food. So i called grubhub and asked for refund. I am so fustrated with this business. Dont open a storeif you cannot provide quality customer service. Read more
