If I could put zero stars I would. Placed an order worth over $50. Did not receive most of what was ordered. Called restaurant... and basically got a ‘you are on your own response. They did not apologize or offer any solutions. Horrible customer service. The woman who answered the phone said there is nothing they can do, order was placed and its the delivery services fault. Neverordering from them again and I suggest you don’t either. Rude AF Read more

I never had a real issue with this restaurant until today. I ordered two meals and only received one. My boyfriend called the... restaurant, they apologized and said they'd deliver the missing item. Almost an hour passes and nothing. He calls therestaurant, woman tells him the order is outside. He goes outside, nothing. Then she calls back with a whole attitude, sayingthe driver has been sitting outside calling and texting with no answer, and that he's going to get a ticket. Umm...yeah, no.. Wereceived no call or text. My boyfriend goes outside AGAIN. Nothing. He walks up and down the block. Nothing. The audacity. Firstof all, we frequently order from this restaurant. We live a quick 5 minute drive from the restaurant. We should have gotten thatorder within 30 minutes. And what kind of driver doesn't knock on the door or ring the doorbell if they cant get in touch withtheir customer? Seems to me they just didn't want to deliver the order they messed up on. A little advice El Viejo? Train youremployees on how to speak to and treat your customers. Your employee was spoken to with kindness and respect the entire time andwe were not given that in return. We will not be sending any more business your way nor will our family and friends. Goodriddance! Read more

This restaurant was originally Puerto Rican but sold many times to Dominican decent so the food has culturally changed. The... staff don't mix up the music to serve the community so that becomes annoying to the customers. The waitress will bring you thebill with automatically adding a 16% tip and when you pay with your card they give you a receipt to sign and to add another tip. They do the same even for take out orders. The new management and cooks are not as good as it use to be. The other restaurant inBrooklyn still has a good reveiw for their food and service. Check them out and leave the Queens location to die. We had toshow our vaccine cards to dine in. They have a bottle of hand sanitizer at each table. Read more

When I tell you that this has been the best food I've had in quite some time. I ordered for catering last weekend and the food... was so delicious I had to go back last night. The mashed potatoes was so creamy. The fried calamari was so tasty. The Chickencordon bleu delicious. Their mofongo has been the best I've ever had. It was made with sweet plaintain, green plantain and yuca.I saved the best for last. The Churrasco OMG... the best. There are no words or pictures that will do their food justice. Youmust go and try for yourself. The service was exceptional, prompt and attentive. The best part was that I was able to go andhave a late Saturday dinner with my daughter and nephew. The place is family oriented. Read more
