This place is absolutely great! My mom and I had a wonderful meal this past weekend and we were very impressed with everything.... From the ambiance to the service but most importantly the food was the best part. Prices are reasonable for the quality andgreat flavor. What a beautiful and delicious brand new eatery in the heart of Jackson Heights! I dined here with my husband last night and we... were captivated by the unique and impressive design of this charming new spot in our area. Upon walking in you get all therustic, romantic Latin feels - from the factory-like elements (as the name suggests in Spanish- Fabrika) to the woodworkfinishes all throughout, and not to mention a romantic modern bar with a gorgeous portrait of a little girl with flowershanging all around her sitting along the same wall.\n\nDiving into the food- truly unreal! We enjoyed every single dish we had.The menu is composed of a Latin fusion concept with unique takes on traditional dishes that you wouldn?t otherwise see in youraverage Latin restaurant menu such as the Pagaito de Tuna, aka: my new favorite way of enjoying sashimi ?? We ordered thechurrasco which was cooked perfectly and served med rare with yuca fries and sautéed spinach, although we ALSO got trufflefries which were addicting and my favorite between the two sides. We also enjoyed a really tender and generous serving ofoctopus as one of our entrees which was the highlight of my experience, and last but not least their freshly made guacamoleserved with pork rinds and crunchy tortilla chips for dipping.\n\nUnfortunately, we were so excited to enjoy the menu that wedidn?t leave room for dessert which we will surely be coming back for.\n\nTo say that we had an awesome date night is anunderstatement. There?s a dish for everyone, including vegans!
