I have tasted pearl milk tea from many stores, but only the classic pearl milk tea and black sugar pearl milk tea from Gongcha... make me feel they are the best? And I love them very much. They also have a lot of very friendly staffs, especially a girl namedSherry who is always happy to help customers with their orders, if you need anything, just ask Sherry! Spent $25+ on drinks for four of us. My very young child needs to use the bathroom and they said, "Go ask the restaurant next... door." The more senior of the two servers and points to the "$10 min for credit card" sign and says our policy is that we don'thave bathrooms for customer use. Oh and the quality of the Boba is not fresh. I was order a milk tea, the taste very back like sweet ice water. The taste is very different from what I drink at other gong... cha stores, the milk tea I made by myself is better than this one. Won't come here again to buy milk tea. Read more
Got a watermelon floatie for my large slushie! Ladies were really nice! No complaints. Just no bathroom.
The bubble tea is super good! The service is also very nice! Only suggestion I would give is that the green tea latte would... taste better if the matcha powder was more mixed in because every time I sipped, a small clump of powder came out. Other thanthat it tasted amazing though!???? Read more
look, I love gong cha's teas and everything... but I keep ordering no pearls in my drink and they keep giving me EXTRA pearls..... like half of my entire drink is just pearl!! Just cause I'm ordering delivery from you doesn't mean you can get my order sowrong :(( and it's not even the first time this happened either. This new Gong Cha is so spacious! I usually go to the tiny hole in the wall one in K-Town 32st so this location is amazing since... there?s seating. The staff there are very friendly and the cashier I had was awesome. I saw he was very helpful to costumersthat wasn?t sure what to get. Right now there?s a grand opening deal for buy one get one 50% off until August 30th so make sureto stop by and take advantage! My favorite drink there is the lychee oolong ???? I would definitely come back to this locationand I?m glad I don?t have to go all the way to Flushing now while I?m in Queens. Read more
UPDATE: 10/24/22 Always as for your beverage with almost no ice or no ice at all and all good, I really like the new decorations... and taro milk tea still my favorite, they are selling very singular flavors of ice cream now. I liked the flavor of my Taromilk tea and also the customer service is nice but c?mon!!
