Food was good, the music was good, and the rum punch was good. Waitress was attentive and polite. The only thing that annoyed me... is the 18% gratuity for "party/event," because the dj was playing on a Saturday night. I went in early Saturday afternoon around 2:30pm , and there wasn?t that much people. It was the best time to go in , less... crowded in the weekend. The food is really good , we got non breaded wings . The New England clam chowder was really good !!!Pina colada was one of the best , we had the mango flavor and passion fruit flavor. I can honestly only give this place 3 stars because for the most part the staff is friendly. But if I give an honest review (and... this is just to make the staff aware to work on it, they have work to do). 1st- we were a table of 11. Hoping to enjoy timetogether and sit together. When we first walked in, we asked if they have two tables that were close, even if they wereseparated - and we were told no they dont do that, and it would be a 30 minute wait. 50 minutes later, we were sat at a booththat was back-to-back (essentially separated). So they could have done that 50 minutes ago, and it essentially ruined our"togetherness." I will say, about 40 minutes later we were accommodated with a table top that fit us all, via themanager. Sidebar - our waiter was VERY nice. Once she came to the table she held us down and we appreciate her. However, ittook 25 minutes before we were even greeted and brought water. So 50 minute wait...separate table and now another 25 at thetable. I can't find any reason that that is acceptable but again once she came she was a whole vibe. My last complaint is thatmy food came out with a receipt on top of it..unsanitary much?!!! It should've never been placed on top of my salad but if theydid it should've been removed before it hit the table???????????(pic below) Other than that food was decent... the DJ was cool,and my family makes the best of all situations - so we had a good time. Again, this is a review to make the staff aware. I'm notsaying don't try them out and if you do, make sure you see Alex. She's DOPE. Me & my wife came here Tuesday, days after her birthday & arrived @ 2pm. There was another couple & that was good 4 me. The... waitress was very nice & explained everything about the all U can eat offer, & the 18% auto gratuity, which I'm trying 2 wrap myhead around. Calamari was not that good, but the mozzarella sticks & wings were. Good Chardonnay, we had a bottle. Had snowcrabs, big shrimps, 2 good sized potatoes, & mussels, wrapped & tied in big plastic bag 2 keep it warm/hot on a larger metalpan. When we asked 4 seconds, the waitress took care of us & let us know we were approaching our 90 minute limit, & we werefine. Oh, we were offered tequila shots in honor of my wife's birthday. Gave her an additional 5 so her gratuity would B roundedout better. Never saw a mouthwash station in the restroom, so I thought that was a good idea. Music was a little loud 4 my tastesince there was no more than 4-6 partons. No carpeting on the floors, & that's huge! Overall, a very good & pleasant experience???? Read more
