Been coming here for years now, and even though its a bit out of my way I always come back for the great quality sushi and... service. As a Ridgewood resident ,it?s perfect that I found my one of favorite restaurant in the area is just down the street. Been... taking my time to try everything on the menu and it?s ALL 5 stars or somehow better. All fresh, beautiful presentation, andtaste out of this world. Ok sushi. Ok quality. Poor customer service. The sushi is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The rolls are pretty... substantial filled with an abundance of fish. The sauces are good. I sushi is good. The sushi lunch special is good with 3 rollsand a miso soup for $17. Very filling and will leave you satisfied. Metered parking available on the street. I have been a customer of this place for a long time. The sushi is always really good and I always order veggie lovers roll. I... order this roll religiously so today when I got it I could taste a change in quality. The mango was not fresh, the avocadowasn?t either. The presentation was not the same either. I called to express this and potentially get another roll, and was metby a very rude woman on the phone. I was very nice, and she simply knows nothing about customer service. She told me she cansend me another roll but it?ll be the same thing because they will use the same ingredients again. She dragged on the wholesituation so bad that I just asked for a refund. As a customer who orders minimum 3 times a week for me and my family I will notbe bothered to do so again. The woman at the front needs a reality check. Read more
Always order delivery but is 2 stops from my home so thought I'd stop in to see where I'm always ordering from. Very small no... indoor dining, was busy, staff friendly, quick service.
