Their service is very very bad and i didn’t satisfy the way they give their service. Price is not matter but we didn't get... good family time over there. I feel like wasting my time, money and getting bad experiences with my family. Their staff didn’tthink and treat the customer what they ask and what they want. Read more

It serves with disposable plates and it threw me off the whole dining experience. The food was okay.

This place isn't gonna win any awards for best hotpot in New York, but the selection is solid and the service is excellent. Keep... on truckin', iCook Elmhurst! (And I miss the Thai spot!) Read more

It was my first time coming in, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing, and the customer service was very... good from our waiter. The bbq and hot pot were both very good, and the waiter kept checking in at our table to see what weneeded. Overall a very good experience! P.S. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it seems they speak mainly Chinese, butunderstand English. It’s much easier to communicate if you know Chinese though Read more
