Poor selection and bad service. I just went for a drink. Was told at 10:01PM that this would be my ONLY beer. He had to... close. Save your time and money and go to the Hilton bar/restaurant next door. Nicer staff, beer selection, and atmosphere. Read more
The location is convenient but the service poor and the food mediocre. Waited 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was... waiting to be seated. Another 15+ minutes to get a glass of water and order, and that?s only because I flagged someone down andI had to find my own menu. Then I watched as other customers were quickly seated, brought water, alcoholic drinks (no oneoffered me this!), and their food before mine finally showed up! Food was quite poor and yet very expensive. Service took a long, long time. Everything took a long time. Make sure when u say u... want water that u specifty what water. Bottle costs $4, yet NYC tap water is the best, why pay for a bottle. Lastly, there is acharge for COVID, yet I couldn't be told why. Look closely at ur bill. Forewarned is forearmed!!! Read more
Staff were friendly even though it was very busy. Clean, nice atmosphere. Food was great. Service took a little longer but that... is due to them being very busy due to flight cancellations and people lodging there until their rebooked flights. Overall: 2 Service: 0 Food: 4 (because of it being cold) No one answers the phone when you call them from the room. After I... placed an order in person requesting room service and being told it would be 20 minutes, I went downstairs to get the foodmyself almost 45 mins later and instead of the food being served in a plate it was given in a bag.
