The location is convenient but the service poor and the food mediocre. Waited 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was... waiting to be seated. Another 15+ minutes to get a glass of water and order, and that?s only because I flagged someone down andI had to find my own menu. Then I watched as other customers were quickly seated, brought water, alcoholic drinks (no oneoffered me this!), and their food before mine finally showed up! Food was quite poor and yet very expensive. Service took a long, long time. Everything took a long time. Make sure when u say u... want water that u specifty what water. Staff were friendly even though it was very busy. Clean, nice atmosphere. Food was great. Service took a little longer but that... is due to them being very busy due to flight cancellations and people lodging there until their rebooked flights. Believe the negative reviews, they aren?t a bunch of Karen?s. You?d think that a place that advertises they are open 24 hours... in an area with nothing open past 10 in an airport hotel would have service as described. If you aren?t here by 11 pm EST,everything is to go and not happily. The review about the expensive Caesar? It?s correct. $14 and the only reason it can becalled a Caesar is because it has Caesar dressing. The burger was good for only $2 more. We were sent here by Delta forscrewing up and us missing our connecting flights. This place was made in the 1960s, and they just never updated so now it?sback in style! It is clean and comfortable, but they can get bent on their shuttle. You have to take the air train to a circle,call and wait for the shuttle. But if you want to get a shuttle from the hotel to the airport? NO PROBLEM. Read more
Overall: 2 Service: 0 Food: 4 (because of it being cold) No one answers the phone when you call them from the room. After I... placed an order in person requesting room service and being told it would be 20 minutes, I went downstairs to get the foodmyself almost 45 mins later and instead of the food being served in a plate it was given in a bag. The food was cold as it wasjust sitting on the bar counter. Their entire staff was uncoordinated and confused. Their advertised hours are also inaccurate. Read more
