I always get a look from them when I order a side of their falafels. I brush it off because I love their falafels but this time... they lied to my face saying they didn't have any white sauce and I had just seen one of them put white sauce on anothercustomers order. I kept walking past this food truck everyday, and everyday I really wanted to see if they really were the King of Falafel and... Shawarma. I didn't end up getting the Shawarma but that falafel is the best I've ever had. So get that Falafel in ya! Read more

I love this food truck. They have the best beef Shish Kabobs I have ever eaten. They have great Falafel and food plates. I... am generally flying by and want food and I pull up and they will serve me out the back end so I don't get a ticket. I cannotsay enough for this truck. There is always a small line so the food stays fresh. If your in Astoria and want something quick,stop bye you will not be disappointed. Read more
If you are greeted with an offering of a freshly fried falafel. Then you are about to enjoy your day. Bite into the crispy... exterior and garlicky interior but it goes so well. Order the "Freddys Junior" a mixture of shwarma chicken and beef i believe.Topped with salad and pickled items. White and hot sauce. The flavors all come together to smack you.
