Wow wow wow! The food was awesome, service on point and very reasonable prices. Had the cazuela mixta and it was on point!
The food is good but the service is terrible. Management really needs to look into this because it is frustrating that waiters... are so distracted and honestly have zero customer service. This could be a huge downside to a business.\n\nMy wife and I walkedin on a Friday afternoon and as soon as we walked in the three waitresses available didn’t acknowledge us. We had to comeforward to ask whether we should wait or go ahead and seat ourselves?\n\nWe sat down at a table of our choice and there wereabout three families already indulging in their food. We knew we’d be set getting serviced, considering we were the only othertable. We ordered our drinks and food, and waited. Another couple walked in and sat at a table adjacent to ours.\n\nAfter 30mins, we see the waitresses come out with served plates and head straight to the newest couple’s table. We figured theyordered a quick appetizer or something readily available… only to realize they had given them one of our plates and thenredirected the second plate to our table (the couple hadn’t ordered that). So basically my wife and I just sat there with oneof our plates getting cold while we waited for the other plate, which never arrived.\n\nThe worst part is not the mistake, thathappens. What bothered us was the waitresses completely unaware and unapologetic… we let them know about the discrepancy onlyto have to wait another 20 minutes… they were just now going to input a new order for the same plate they gave to anothertable…. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The service was the worse I’ve ever had and I go out to eat 5-6 times a week.... We had to ask for utensils and drinks after they brought out the food. They messed up my order twice, the ceviche had a cup ofsalt in it and they tried to tell me it wasn’t salty. The fish was tough and overcooked, They started taking out tables aroundus for a party complete with DJ blasting music. Stay away from this place! There’s much better Ecuadorian restaurants nearby. This is my new spot! The steak is delicious.. my wife loved her seafood plate.. everyone was so welcoming.. the place was super... clean.. the price was amazing.. and the portion size was HUGE! Read more
