I was there today around 4pm. I had been to another brach of this store on 74 st broadway location; the food i got there are... excellent. This place was such a disappointment. My mom and i love spicy and flavorful dishes. We ordered one steamed beef momowhich turned out to be flavorless . The sauce they gave us also was watered down. Please see pictures as reference below. I alsoordered jhol momo and that was another disappointment as you can see in the picture. The noodles and fried rice were colorless .Again ,no flavor or spices like how it is supposed to be. Did they think this was for a sick person ? I am never going backagain. Read more

Both yellow and white liang fen are very tasty and delicious. Other food are also cheap and delicious. I am happy for that

There are so many Himalayan restaurants in Northern Queens: Sunnyside, Woodside, Jackson Heights and Elmhurst boast Tibetan,... Nepalese and Bhutanese spots. I?ve still yet to try a lot of them, but this tiny hole-in-the-wall Tibetan is my favorite so far. It?s a really wonderful spot well-deserving of more attention. The chef cooks with a very sure hand at the wok and withseasonings. -Yellow Liang Fen (dry) The house specialty, for which they?re famous among their Tibetan customers. This versionis easily our favorite. -Steamed Chive Momos Amazing. Thin, delicate skin, very juicy. -Dry Thenthuk Dense, hand-pulled noodleswith vegetables. Wonderful wok hei, a Chinese term for the smoky flavor that?s imparted by a scorchingly hot wok. -Bok choi(served with a bowl of rice) Revelatory. Never knew bok choi could be this good. Seasoned with garlic, green peppercorns, longred chiles, and the right amount of salt. This one also has great wok hei. -Pork Salad Way more pork than salad! Reallytasty. -Vegetable Spicy Ping Not that spicy at all, but they may have toned down the heat for us westerners. We?ve since made itclear that we can definitely take the heat! In this instance it was mild and comforting. -Aloo Dum Spicy potatoes. A goodrendition. -Momo sauce and chili oil Both house made, both excellent. -Another fresh-made chili sauce that the owner brought outto us after we told him that we *love* spicy food. Read more

This restaurant is not quite like other restaurants, the virtues of this restaurant goes beyond Momos and Laphing?s , but that... alone would establish Lhasa?s serious presence in this location. It was my first visit , their food was very Delicious and alsothe server girl was very efficient with communication and multi tasking. Would definitely recommend if you are looking fordelicious Tibetan foods . Read more

They got the order wrong. When I called them they weren?t that helpful and cut the call on me. The tingmo is hard as a rock. I... didn?t want to waste it so I ate it and it tasted like it was old- like it was yesterday?s left over. The dough tastedfunny. Last time i ordered from here I found a piece of metal in my dish. But I decided to give it another try and sad to saythey failed to deliver on the quality of the food and service. I don?t expect perfection but when mistakes are made I expectbetter customer service. Now very hesitant to go back here. Read more

If you are into spicy Tibetan foods, this is the perfect place. The soup lhaping is a must try. The pork was so juicy and tender... it literally melts in your mouth. Very nice service and we didn't had to wait long for our orders. They will just keepdelivering the foods while you are looking at the menu. Just a tip, since this place is a bit small and because of the pandemicdine in doesn't have much space so make sure to call them 30 min ahead for a reservation. :) Read more
