Don't bother calling up before you go, they just wait until you arrive and pay first before they start cooking your meal. Called... before I went for just an order of French fries for the kid and had to wait 15 minutes with the kid in a hot restaurant that hadno A/C on even though it was 90° outside. This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I used to come here a lot, but the children who work behind the... counter have never been taught good customer service skills. Also, the food is a hit or miss, and it's a miss more often thannot. Since this is the closest Chinese food restaurant near me, I decided to come back. Smh... Worst decision EVER!!!
