I had a great time yesterday at low key. The host I believe her name was Vanessa was so sweet and polite. Not to mention... beautiful. She made us feel very welcome from the jump and made us knew we picked the right spot. I would recommend this placeand definitely recommend speaking to her to get your needs met. My experience was not good. We had to pay a $20 cover charge each at the door! which we were not told about prior. We had... already paid $100 to reserve a table. So that’s shady business. Also, instead of our table being around the decor and niceatmosphere of the place (which is why we even wanted to go) we were seated in a far dark table away from everything and everyoneand right under the DJ BOOTH. I had a headache from the loud speakers next to me. It’s just not a pleasant spot to seatguests. It was not the table that was advertised either. It was sooo disappointing being that it was my boyfriend birthday. Soas pretty as the aesthetic of place is we did not get the pleasure of enjoying the vibe and ambiance with our friends becausewe were away from the decor, the lights and everything in this dark awful area. The white girl at the front door was not helpfuland told us all tables were reserved so she couldn’t do anything. 15 minutes in I saw a table clear up but instead she sat anew group there after having told us she will let us know when another table was available. Also waitresses take forever to tendto your table. Waited 30 mins . The food is BLAND. The drinks are okay. I would not order food if you go there it’soverpriced and not tasty. Hookah is good but pricey. I like the flavors they offer. You are allowed to sit at your table forjust 2 hours which is reasonable. The waitresses dress very sexy and revealing and one had the audacity to twerk in the middleof the room when she saw my boyfriend as he was walking back from the bathroom. Very disrespectful but hey that’s how theymake their money. Also please disregard the dress code cause we saw plenty of people in there with sweatpants and hoodies orwhat not. At the end when the check came the waitress did not deduct our $100 deposit which we had to let them know. Veryunprofessional. Gratuity is included, but based on experience alone we didn’t plan to tip or return for another visit. Read more
They charge $10 for every person your party after they already collected a deposit. After 2 hours they say you have to leave and... go by the bar. It was freezing. Food was bad. Tacos wasn’t good and calamari had to be returned. Read more
This place is so beautiful. I love it. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the vibe in here it’s just amazing. The music... isn’t too loud it’s perfect. The wait for my food wasn’t bad at all. I’m surprised because at other restaurants I haveto wait too long which gets me aggravated. The staff is so well mannered and friendly. Pros: The ambiance of the lounge is perfect for an event, bday celebration and etc. I like that they gave out free in your mouth... shots during shot o’clock, although this may be the reason there was a $10 cover charge to get in. The service of thewaitresses and bottle service were awesome. A bunny even comes out to dance with you depending on the bottle you get. This isduring Halloween time. Cons: The food was terrible. I was with a party of 6 and not one person enjoyed their food. We all gotdifferent things. The server was extremely rude. He was not attentive and didn’t provide napkins or utensils unless we begged.We had to ask on multiple occasions. The smoke/fog machine makes it impossible to take nice pictures, you’d have to wait forthe smoke to disappear before using flash or anything. It’s extremely dark on the patio and has a bunch of unleveled flooringso watch your step in heels. Great cozy date spot right on Austin street in Forest Hills Queens. The vibe is sexy chic, the decor is dark and sexy just right... for photos! Great weeknight food specials....tried the wings and the garlic honey did not disappoint! The drinks are the star ofthe show my Hennycolada was worth the hype and the Lychee Martinis we're on point!
