I went there for the first time. Nice experience with rooftop cocktail hours. But still wondering what is there back up plans... incase of a rain or in cold winter. Downstairs banquet hall was big but the layout was not convenient for buffet dinnertable. Overall nice dining room and great staff at the banquet hall. Lack grand entry foyer and gathering area. I was there for anniversary party. Beautiful decorations and the overall place is so clean.Delicious food and excellent service... .They had cocktail hour on top floor which was really good and different. The only thing I don't like is they don't have rampfor strollers on front entrance and AC working was okay but not great .The overall management, food ,service and hospitalitywas perfect. I’m an Event Documentographer and I had the pleasure of capturing an extravagant Sweet 16 at Maleen Banquet Hall. I was amazed... right away by the incredible customer service. From the valet to the bartenders, they all had one mission….to make sureeveryone was taken care of. I even ran into Mani, the owner and he was the best!!! H made sure everything was in point and thatthe guests were pleased. The space itself is extremely spacious and elegant. They also have an amazing rooftop where thecocktail hour was held. This past weekend we hosted a wedding at this hall. Overall it was a great experience from beginning to end. The manager is... very friendly and took all of our requests. He also gave suggestions and implanted then beyond our expectations. Planning awedding can be difficult and it is good to have an understanding team to help make your day special. We celebrated our daughters first party here and it was an amazing experience. The service was exceptional and the food was... amazing. All of our guests had a great time and were amazed by the hall.
