If I could give a zero star rating I would. The staff they currently have is horrendous. I went on Saturday came all the way... from the Bronx and they missed 6 empanadas from a $70 order qnd said they couldn't help me. they said they'd leave a note tothe owner and that'ds all they could do. The empanadas here are great it?s just a shame how garbage the service is. Even if they?re empty they?ll take 15mins to make... your order and it will still come out cold in the middle. Poor customer service!! Two people in the counter. The young lady is busy taking orders on the phone. The older one she's there... not so friendly, not smiling not speaking. Thought maybe she doesn't speak English .I was waiting for good 10 minutes to gethelp. Thank you for the young lady she tried to explain the different kind of empanadas to me.
