If I could give a zero star rating I would. The staff they currently have is horrendous. I went on Saturday came all the way... from the Bronx and they missed 6 empanadas from a $70 order qnd said they couldn't help me. they said they'd leave a note tothe owner and that'ds all they could do. The empanadas here are great it?s just a shame how garbage the service is. Even if they?re empty they?ll take 15mins to make... your order and it will still come out cold in the middle. The other day they had me waiting 40mins as people came and went. WhenI went to ask what?s going they gave me attitude instead of letting me know why there?s a delay. Great prices with a good selection of empanadas, including vegetarian options. Rating 3 stars because the walk-in service is... bad. Waited 30+ minutes for two empanadas when I was first in the restaurant. Others came in to order after me and receivedtheir much more complicated orders within 15-20 minutes. Poor customer service!! Two people in the counter. The young lady is busy taking orders on the phone. The older one she's there... not so friendly, not smiling not speaking. Thought maybe she doesn't speak English .I was waiting for good 10 minutes to gethelp. Thank you for the young lady she tried to explain the different kind of empanadas to me. Been coming here for over 30 years everything is great about this however the price should go back down to $2 a piece to get... five stars. At $2.55 it's a little bit too high especially if you want to buy quite a few of them then it adds up. On the otherhand if you don't care about the price these empanadas are excellent. Read more
Absolute best place for empanadas! We live at least 40 minutes away so whenever we are in the area we always like to pick up... some just to have at home. There are so many flavors to choose from, the prices are excellent and the green sauce (spicy) is ourfavorite. Small spot with big flavor! I stopped by on my way home, who doesn't love empanadas. I do! First there is a wait, and we'll... worth it. I had the 8 empanadas special, mixed with beef, chicken, and broccoli and cheese..WOW. who know broccoli would tastebetter in an empanada. Beat advice: Order before you get in Get them all baked vs. Fried Order both pink and green sauce. Taste them all!
