Went to Margie’s for the first time…was looking forward to their “Prime and Wine” which features $40 prime rib and half... off bottles of wine. The waitress told us they might be out of the prime rib but we were thrilled when she came back to tell uswe got the last two. A few minutes later the manager apologized while informing us they had in fact run out of prime rib. Heextended the half off wine special and offered a complimentary round of drinks. I have to admit we were thinking of leaving whenthe waitress mentioned they might have run out. But the manager went out of his way to apologize, offer compensation, andchecked more than once on how everything was. Food and service was great. The table bread and butter was even delicious. Theatmosphere was lively. And the whiskey sours were made the right way…with egg whites! My beloved Irish grandmother would haveapplauded them. We will definitely be back! Read more
Came here for brunch with my wife and sis in law. The food was actually very good. I had steak and eggs in a tator tot bowl and... was pleasantly surprised. Trying to find parking was definitely a mission though, but well worth it for the food Read more
We had a great dinner. The food was good and plenty, the service great and the wine well selected. Only that even as a hotel... guests you don't get any tabs on seats is maybe a little annoying. So reserve tables when you check in. Read more

Everything was absolutely great! Compliments to the Chef! Had the baked Clams,awesome! Steak sandwich was on point,Mac and... cheese was great,a little loose but delish,fish and chips was awesome,it tasted like they just grabbed it out the water. Frenchfries, you just can't stop eating. I had a Hoegarten from the tap it was crisp and clean,nice and cold. Ariah was a greatwaitress,smiles and great service. Margie’s is located in the Rockaway Hotel … and it is AMAZING !!!! Went to double date dinner and everything was simply... perfect from beginning to end , the hospitality was great .. we had tasty appetizers, sliders and an amazing burrata cheese withwalnuts and apples that is to die for and that is only the beginning . Dinner was Burger , Pork Chops with glazed carrots andthe BEST rigatoni bolognese I ever had . Not to mention the drinks , they have some unique and amazing drinks . Amazing modern cafe and bar in a trendy, tasteful, spacious, cool place for all ages, types of people. Dress up or down, be... nice, plan your events here and don't forget to show proof of your vaccination card. The service was lovely, the host staff andbartenders and waitstaff try their best. The food and drinks are creative. One note: I would rather add some veggies to eggsBenedict because it lacks this, also please serve cappuccino in a large cup, nobody likes super small cappuccino. We live in the area and were looking for somewhere local for dinner. Found this gem on Google! First, our server Ryan was the... best! Very attentive and personable. So service is definitely a 10/10. We had the shark bite as the drink and I can say this ismy new favorite. Baked clams as the starter ... be sure to ask for a small spoon to scoop up that sauce on the plate lol. Weboth had the steak special and it was spectacular! That roasted garlic definitely did it for me. Seeing as I'm local this issomewhere I plan to frequent. 20/10 overall! Read more
