I placed an order on the mobile app around 12:20am, the place said it closes at 1am. Got there and it was closed, the manager... came out and apologized. Said he had to close early cuz they were short staffed. The manager told me to come another day and hewould make my order for me. I did and he did, got a free smoothie as well, thumbs up for the manager. Read more
I do understand I was there really in the evening but a couple times already even late in the evening it gets crowded and they... only have two or three workers which is not enough. Especially with the orders coming mobile and people already waiting insidewaiting to order. If they know they're going to have a large crowd leading the evening accommodate the workers with more help. Read more

This establishment is such an embarrassment. I went in today and placed an order when I got home half my order was missing and... the crispy chicken sandwich that I ordered had no chicken!! like what a joke! just two buns with mayonnaise and tomatoes! You goin and all you see is a bunch of people back there talking and yelling and customers just waiting for their orders while theytake their sweet time and talk about their personal issues where we can hear all the way in the waiting area! smh never again!extremely unprofessional!
