The attitudes people have at work is unbelievable. Just find another job that does not involve you speaking or dealing with... customers directly. Nobody?s perfect but you do have a choice to treat people with respect being in a customer serviceenvironment. Cursing and screaming with co workers while customers are waiting to order is unprofessional. The food was hot andgood but the service is trash. Read more

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!! Went one night and the lady in the drive thru was playing music loud and singing while using her... phone. I stopped at the window to pay and she didn't even realize I was there. I went there another night and went to drink mysprite and there was a big bug in the drink. I told the lady at the window and she said "oh I didn't even see that". She gave mea new drink which I am not even sure if it was the same cup and she went back on her phone. I threw my food out when I got homebecause if she was so nonchalant about the bug then who knows how often situations like that happens. Money wasted! Both daysthat I went it was the same lady. The kiosk didn't give us a receipt for our order, so there was some mild confusion because of that. But the staff was nice, and... the place was clean (including the bathroom!), and the food was very good for McDonald's. Read more
So I placed an order on the app just before breakfast ended and when I went to retrieve it, there was no order. A worker named... Sash, I believe she was the manager on duty, explained that the app has been giving some trouble. Sash quickly resolved theissue and I got my order. She was pleasant and accommodating. Waited forever, just for a large black coffee. I don't understand why the cashier couldn't have just draw the coffee that was... located behind her. I will add... the coffee is good. Read more
