It was truly the worst experience in all my years going to McDonalds. The staff was rude and unprofessional. While playing... around in the background, took them almost an hour to make a simple happy meal! And then had the audacity to give my family abad attitude while having to walk to window since they closed doors without telling customers. I dont know how this location isstill in business. And did I mention they manage to get my order wrong? Read more
The worst ever, they did not give me Frenvh fries and the crispy chicken sandwich is just bread and chicken
I can't belive I'm writing a review about a McDonald's but this was the 2nd worst service I've received ever. The girl taking... the order didn't hear our order, and started coping an attitude even after we confirmed and repeated probably 49 times (actuallyprobably only 7) and when we looked at our ticket only one item was entered correctly. When we told her it was wrong on theticket and that if it was that bad we just wanted a refund and then she rudely said she told the kitchen, so of course wechecked and what do you know, everything was wrong. We then asked for a refund and she started literally trying to argue withus. And I know this is trivial but we said no onions, she confirmed no onions, and everything was covered in onions, and shetried to argue. The manager was nice enough and finally refunded us but my God. Says it's open 24 hrs but I went to the drive through at 3am and no one was answering via the ordering machine. We stayed there... for 20 min and I kept saying "hello". Nobody answered. Not the best McDonald's in town considering it's almost never busy. Theyeither need more staff or employees who actually want to serve customers. I understand because of the pandemic staff is shorteverywhere, but this McDonald's always disappoints. Food is always cold, they miss something I ordered, and today I was leftwaiting. If it's closed, the hours of operation should be posted somewhere near the drive-thru menu. Give us something. Read more
May 1st 2021 i ordered food through the drive thru at 11:30pm as usual! & when I received my order my 10pcs chicken nuggets and... 6 piece were soo old & hard it?s ridiculous oh and also my fries were a medium alone!! The food is quickly served, the staff are friendly enough to keep your ordering brief yet efficient. It gets busy at the drive... thru but that only means the food is good and is constantly fresh! I will be coming back. Read more
