Came here to buy a "pickmeup" meal after getting my butt handed to me at work. Got 2 mchicken sandwiches. When I bit into BOTH... of them, idk if it was bone or plastic but I found 4-5 fragments total from them. Not getting anything but fries from here atbest, like ever again. Read more
have been there for as long as I can remember. grimy and dirty like any other nyc McDonald's. so I can't fault the workers for... the standard. The workers are nice and if there is a mistake, they'll try their best to fix it. 5/5 would go again Read more

I went to this McDonald?s today August 3, 2021, I will not blame the customer service on all the employees but, the server she... was horrible. I got in my car & something told me to check on my order. When I looked in the bag they only gave me one burrito.It?s supposed to be 2, that?s what I ordered. So when I came back (I forgot to mention that the parking over there is horrible)the short hispanic server gave me the burrito with no problem. When I took a bite of the burrito it didn?t have the green & redpeppers on it?!?! When opened and touched the second burrito was cold as you can see from the picture the cheese was likeplastic & they make there burritos very different than the other McDonald?s burritos that I ate. They need re training in foodpreparation. It?s not the first time that I dealt with this Spanish manager, she?s a very nasty, nasty individual & that?s the manager?!??They treat black people very nasty. I hope the McDonald?s corporation sees this. I ended up throwing away the twoburritos I tore it in pieces. The first one was disgusting period!! I didn?t eat the second one. Read more

this location is awesome, very clean restaurants, they have plenty of sets available on second floor. Beautifully decorated ,... very nice seats arrangement, picnic table is awesome to enjoy your food. Staff is very nice and polite , service is quick, andfood is tasty, i belive they cook the food , when customer order it, not like other locations ,where the food is burned in hotcase or steamers. will go back again. I do not understand why they do not have the same rules as the MacDonalds, because this MacDonald in his peak time they block... the upstairs because they are cleaning. u on the first floor there are only 3 tables there are 10 couples on the line. becausethey do not do the cleaning earlier. When I asked the manager I answered and I did not look and did not apologize to those whoasked about the tables. Read more
