We went to Mighty Quinn?s for the first time today and tried the lunch special. We came about an hour after opening and they... were out of Mac & Cheese. The other available sides looked dried out. Despite being cheaper than the other sides, French friesare not part of the lunch special. The bun on my sandwich was cold and the meat had some sort of artificial flavor. I?ve had abetter pulled pork sandwich from a food truck in Iowa. The other sides weren?t that good either. We won?t be back. Read more

Came here for the first time and it's delicious. Overall the ribs. Brisket, and pork are a bit less seasoned than ideal but... super tender and go incredibly well with the Mac n cheese which is very viscious and savory. The loaded fries with burnt endswas great as well, it comes with a sweet and tangy sauce to it, and the fries are crispy. I'd recommend the 3 meats and Mac ncheese pint for $27. Skip on the empanadas, the wrap itself tastes like a saltine cracker and the pork was dry. Would easilycome back, foods already prepped as well so it can be quick, and there are lunch specials if you want to spend less. Read more

Nice little spot on Queens Blvd in Forest Hills. Friendly staff. Tasty plate. I had the "Burnt Ends" which were the lean meat of... Brisket with their savory smoked BBQ sauce in a bun. Red onions to top. Next, I'll try the ribs and chicken ;) Read more

My first time here was Ah-Mah-Zing. My sister and I shared burnt ends and brisket. We chose the mac and cheese as a side along... with the Brussels sprouts and the meal was gone before we knew it. The meat was melt in your mouth along with the fat beingexactly like butter. You know someone knows how to cook when the fat is able to compliment the meat). I am not a huge fan ofBrussels sprouts tbh but MQ?s covered their bases. I miss the Brussels the most after the Brisket. The space is small with aChipotle style presentation where you chose your protein and then sides but it was pleasant. If you?re wondering to visit ornot, do it! Read more

Visited on Saturday, August 27, 2022. It's more fast casual than a real BBQ spot. They have a few locations in the area. You go... up to the counter and order what you like and move down the line towards the register. You pay and take your tray of food andplastic utensils to any available table. Like that Mexican food chain with a chipotle pepper in the logo ????. We ordered 1/2pound orders of brisket and burnt ends. We were supposed to get cole slaw and something else (I forgot) with our order. Wedidn't remember that we didn't get it until we had already left. We also ordered a medium mac & cheese, a small brussel sprouts& one corn bread. We also ordered a lemonade and a tap water. The food was delicious. Corn bread was moist. Proteins had greatflavor. It seems like small portions because American portions are out of control. But they weigh the protein so it's fair.Without the extra sides, we left with half the mac & cheese as leftovers and feeling quite full. The lemonade was too sweet andwhen I read the ingredient list it has grape juice concentrate. It was about $60 for the two of us. So budget about $30 withoutdrinks and $40 with a beer. I'll go back for wings next time. Read more

A great spot for bbq! All of the meat here (chicken, brisket, ribs) were well made - juicy, tender, and succulent. I was very... impressed by the ribs since the meat practically melts in your mouth. The mac and cheese was tasty and had a greatconsistency. Their pilsner was also refreshing and delightful. We went on an early Friday evening. Not busy and the workerswere friendly. Although their BBQ sauce was great, I would like to see more variety of flavors. Would definitely recommendthis spot! Read more

Mighty Quinn is one of my favorite restaurant spots. The ribs are somewhat amazing.. not as good as mine (none are ;) ), but way... above average. They have other options which lately have gotten quite expensive, but you get a lot of food for the money. Also, very friendly service. I felt welcome and at home here as I have at other locations :) My only complaint is that the outsidetables were all wiggly. And not the kind of wiggly that you could just stick a sugar packet under the table leg because of anuneven sidewalk, the tables themselves are wiggly. I tried to screw them into place by hand and that improved things a little.Hopefully they will get that resolved. I'm confident they will take care of the issue, after all it is a new restaurant andperhaps they are still getting the bugs out. Read more

People who worked there were friendly but very disorganized. The food, is so bad. Overly salted, dry as hell. And expensive.... The 2 meat platter comes with child portions that they literally weigh in front of you and no sides. They charge you extra forbrisket, burnt ends, and ribs. Here?s a break down of everything we tried: Ribs- small portion, dry and salty Burnt ends-small portion, just cubes of random meat that are dry, not actual burnt ends Brisket- small portion, decent but a bit dry, bestmeat out of the bunch which is a low a standard. Chicken wings- the WORST chicken wings I?ve ever had. (We ate them as we werehungry and paid for them but man were they bad) small, dry, no sauce. Side were ok; Mac and cheese was creamy but a bitbland ?Creamy coleslaw? was dry not creamy and had a weird off taste, the free little vinegar coleslaw was much tastier. Read more
