I went to Ms. Jasmine's Caribbean Kitchen looking for something quick to eat after Church Service on a Sunday. It was my first... time there and I had a great experience. They had many healthy juice options, and I was able to get Soursop which I reallyenjoyed. As a vegan, I was concerned that there wouldn't be much for me to choose from, but surprisingly they were able toaccommodate me with vegan options! I had rice and peas, cabbage, plantains and dumpling. The food was delicious and the serverwas very friendly, kind and informative. I would highly recommend this place! Read more

The food has gotten more expensive, it?s not as good as before, and the food has gotten too salty. They also change the portion... size you could order. For example, no small ackee and salt fish or porridge. Under Big Tree Cuisine I use to come herefrequently. I have introduced and impressed a lot of my friends and coworkers with the Jamaican cuisine I have purchased here.They loved it so much that they would ask me to purchase foods on their behalf and not just individual meal, I would alsopurchased catering size. People who were turned off from eating organ meats like liver and kidney were asking me to purchase itfor them. But now I hardly go to this restaurant or recommend it since they switched over to Miss Jasmine?s Caribbean Kitchen.The quality of the food is just not the same. I would still order the sweets chili wings every now and then but not much else.The food is too expensive to end up in the garage. It?s not all the time the food tastes bad, dry, salty, or burnt. It justdoesn?t consistently taste good. The last thing I purchased here was a large red peas soup and the guy brought out a fresh potand I sad, yes, I?m going to get it fresh but it was burnt.
