I was sadly unhappy with the meal I ordered. The maduros were drenched in oil. I ordered rice and beans. I never had dry beans... served. Beans without sauce was dumped on the rice. Used to be a great place but last few time have disappointed. Ordered at 9pm through grunhub. I added 2 drinks at 945 and was... contacted by someone who works at the restaurant and was told my food was ready and they just needed to know what size drinks Iwanted . 2 hours later I never received my food. After ordering from here at least 10 times in the last 4 years and every time is amazing I give 5 stars. I always get the carne... asada and it?s amazing. Iv tried empeñadas too but the carné asada with tostones is one of my favorite snacks/meals in generaland every time it?s perfect. Only place I order from for that. Read more
Shocking that they have good reviews on here. I happened to order from this place through ubereats. The food arrived hot, but... the grilled chicken was way undercooked, & the fries were literally soft to the touch not even crispy. Won't order from thisplace again. Perhaps in person is better since I keep seeing these good reviews. Maybe people are okay with undercooked food. Read more
