Saturday morning they are always busy around 10 am. They get lots of mobile orders and ebb and flow of people coming in. They... only have one cashier and the people preparing the food are usually overwhelmed. After awhile of being so busy the stations forcoffee and the return of dishes need to be maintained. So weeks are better than others. We are looking for other place to meetas a group for breakfast on the weekends. Read more

Not only was my order 20 minutes late, but the staff was less than friendly. My name fell off the ?ready? board, and I... questioned it bc I still didn?t have my order, they told me to wait until I was called. Also, once I reached my destination andlooked into the bag, this is what I received. This franchise is horrible, totally changed my mind about Panera. Read more

Wikipedia calls Panera Bread: bakery-café fast casual restaurants. In simple words this is a self service cafe-restaurant. They... offer an experience that aims to be more than Starbucks but less than a full pledged restaurant. The menu includes baked goods, hot and cold drinks and a variety of simple food menu items. There is plenty of room to sit inside and restrooms. This shoppingcenter offers free parking. The bottom line: If you are looking for a very casual place to get something to eat and a goodcoffee, Panera Bread is a great place to try. Read more

This location needs help. Seems they are short handed every time I visit. The staff preparing the food behind the pick up... counter must be overworked because they usually seem bothered if you ask for something. If you have an issue with your order,it's no easy task to find someone to correct it. The food is generally good but the price they charge for a decent lunchdefinitely warrants having ample staff available to provide you a coffee cup or some napkins. I'm sorry if I sound harsh, butit's at least the last six visits I've felt this way so I felt compelled to share and hope management makes improvements. I'llbe happy to amend this review when this happens. Read more

This is the only Panera I've been to with a conference room! The room was closed to the public today while someone was working... inside. They have kiosks, but if you have a drink membership you still need to go to the register since there are no cups by thekiosk. It was very busy, probably the busiest one I've been to. Read more

I had a terrible experience today. It was my first time and will be my last time I go there. I ordered two sandwiches using... their kiosk. The first chicken sandwich, I decided to customize and add avocado, tomato and onions. Those ingredients wereplaced on the side! I had to put it to together myself! Not to mention the avocado was not even sliced. It was just a largechunk. What's the point of customizing a sandwich if you have to put it together yourself. The second sandwich was a chickensalad. It had so little chicken in it. Also, it didn't taste like much. The manager was rude and I had to wait a long time toget the food. It wasn't even busy. Go elsewhere, not worth the aggregation! Nice place. Wish they would pipe down the music some. Would have given it more stars if they would . I go to a coffee shop so I... can have my coffee and relax. Not so that I can feel like I'm in a night club. Geez. Can't hear myself think sometimes. AndSteve ,the guy consistently working his tail off cleaning and keeping the place tidy, needs a raise. Like yesterday!! Read more

Indoor dining starts at 11am so we waited a while, like 40min, since we didn't want to eat in the car. Food was good, service... was ok just seemed a little slow. Read more
