Ordered a $40 custom 16inch pizza and it came raw. Tried to call and the manager picked up and said it was on the driver. The... pizza was uncooked and inedible. Pretty much just tossed away $40 and they did nothing to fix or replace. Read more
Update: I'm changing my review because I realize that I don't want to negatively impact the store based on one person's poor... handling. On a very level rate, this PPJ's isn't that bad and has service that's not really to complain about... 2 stars addedback. Previous Rating w 1 star: You know how know give bAAAAAd service, but don't really care because for some reason, IDIOTSout there still order from you...yeah...that's this place. PPJ: Our driver got into an accident. Moi: Really, is heokay? PPJ: Don't worry your pizza is on it's way... Moi: Oh, like the same pizza...? I mean, was the driver on abike? PPJ: Yup, he hit a girl's car, but your...actually, we're remaking your order... Moi: (uncomfortable silence) PPJ: Yeah, sorry for the hour and plus wait in which we didn't tell you about in advance and how it more than tripled our promiseddelivery time. (He didn't really say that last bit, but did say---) Yeah, our system is weird, so we couldn't let you know ofthe delay. Moi: Ugh, this is where I ask for a refund!
