The worse service ever!!!!! On the phone for 14 mins. I tell them the wait is too long. I request to cancel. They transfer me to... some other person and he LIES says the pizza is ready and no refund!!! I said how is it ready if I just placed it two mins agoand than they hung up on me... Never order from Papa John's.... So disappointed. Calling my credit card to fight the charges...Disappointed and disgusted! Read more

We had a craving for pizza and wanted to give Papa Johns another shot having had a bad experience with them a long long time... ago. The takeout joint wasn't busy and we were able to get our order in and out around 15 minutes as promised. The aroma fromthe fresh spinach and alfredo sauce pie and the jalapeños was a joy ride home. The side of garlic sauce which heated up duringthe transfer home was a nice dipping sauce. Will try other toppings. Read more
The quality of food from this location has sunk to very low levels. They used to deliver fresh, tasty (albeit, fast-food type)... pizza, among other things. They used to be so nice on the phone if you needed to call. Now, the food is disgusting, barelycooked - let alone cooked properly - and the people on the phone are nasty. Such a shame, because their prices really aren'tthat cheap. Read more
Its papa johns. Its good pizza. But this location has the worse phone manners. the person taking orders do not understand you,... and charges you different prices for the same pizza everytime you order. Only the manager knows how to take proper orders inthis location. It is probably better when you go to the place and order in person. Read more
I love Papa Johns but this location is mismanaged or people should be fired. I?ve orders from this location atleast five times.... Two times, my early morning orders which showed delivered in 19-26 minutes have taken more than 90 minutes. This morning,order took 90 min, I had to call to get a refund after waiting on hold for a manager for 10 minutes the entire time she insistedhe was at our door. SMFH Read more
