Terrible, they do not function like a franchise. They work whenever they want and close whenever they want. You can order online... and get a notification for pickup. Walk over and the store is closed. We were not the only family waiting outside confused. Read more
Ordered online for pick up and was spammed 9x that the order was confirmed, only to go pick up my order and find out the store... was closed. I'm not sure if this store is closed permanently or not but DO NOT order from here because the location will show upon the papa johns website even though the store isn't open. You'll be wasting your time and effort if you order from here andstill be hungry. Read more
I'm a regular he because the pizza is the only good shop here, most of the workers are rude, getting mad because I told them the... name instead of spelling it, they told me to leave, they have the best pizza in this town. But that wasn't that high of a barin the first place. There customer service is terrible but it's the best pizza, other shops have mediocre pizza, but they havereally good customer service, you win some you lose some. PLEASE READ this is very UNPROFESSIONAL! I ordered to pick up and when I got to the store it wasn?t ready. This guy in the... picture said ? I don?t see ur order? when I gave him my info he said it?s not ready we forgot about your order you have to wait25minute. I waited 45 minute for my order and when I asked him, what?s taking so long it?s a small order? He was very mad andsaid I will CANCEL your order you can go somewhere else. I said no I waited this long I want him food. He had a bad temper andattitude and said don?t ever come back to our store. I had told him I would report this to corporate. This picture is himpacking my food and kept staring at me to make me feel uncomfortable. I pulled out my phone and took this picture because hewouldn?t stop staring and cursing/yelling in Spanish at me. This place is far below Papa John's standard, one of the most horrible experiences I have had were with this location. One time... I opened my pizza box there were termites in the box and around the pizza, I didn't get any refund. I do not know how thesepeople are running this business, the wait time is insane. There will be line of people waiting and no one will come to thecounter to take customers they all in the back making pizza. And if you call them they don't answer and instead are rude withyou. Getting two slides of cheese, which are ready and in the display, should not take 25 mins. Every time I come here there isalways dirt and wraps and leave on the floor inside, so I can't even imagine how they keep the back. Something has to changeeither shut down this location or get better management. Very below or service. If you want to find termites and cockroaches inyour pizza box and want to wait 30 mins for a cheese of slice that is ready, then this is the place to come. Was ?forced? to order from a chain pizzeria - if you live in NYC, with absolutely no shortage of pizzerias, why would you order... from Papa John?s, Pizza Hut, etc??! Anyways? Papa Johns charges a $5 delivery fee + tip so I would expect the pizza to bedelivered promptly but that wasn?t the case. The original delivery estimate was 40 min. The pizza tracker stated that the foodwas delivered at the 35 minute mark but I didn?t receive it so I called the store and was told it would arrive in 10 minutes. 15minutes passed and I call the store again. Was told it should arrive in 7-8 minutes. Another 10 minutes goes by and the pizza isfinally delivered. As expected, the pizza was lukewarm at best. Disappointing. The pizza itself was mediocre, typical chainpizza. I will definitely not be ordering chain pizza again unless under duress. Read more
Pretty good pizza, just wish they updated their pizza tracking system more attentively. Website says the order is usually... complete and ready for pickup in 30-45 minutes. It's usually done much earlier than that and the status doesn't get updated.Other than that, it's a pretty great place. Been getting my pizzas from here since forever. 9/10 would recommend. Read more
I wish I could give this place a negative zero. Horrible all away around. I wanted to order and I was asking about the toppings,... I guy said he doesn't know what toppings they have and directed me to look online then attempted to encourage me to not buyanything. He stated that I may not like the toppings and maybe go somewhere else to eat. He seemed very lazy, it was one hourtill closing but it doesn't take long to cook a pizza, smh. I was discouraged and left without getting anything.. I would nevercome back here, you can tell by the way the place looks that it's a franchise own establishment. Read more
