The Good????: - I always order online pick up 20-30mins before going to the store and my order is usually ready to go and i have... never had any trouble receiving my food. -Food usually tastes as good as any other papa johns. The Bad????: - Unfortunately iam no longer ordering from this store primarily because i've noticed eveytime i order from here my significant other and I getupset stomachs. - The restaurant itself also does not look sanitary and therefore i suspect that most of the food is ethierregularly expired or contaminated. - staff have never been hostile/aggressive towards me however they also are not particularlyfriendly. Not much to say here. Same old Papa John's. Good Pizza and deals but that customer service has to go. When you're told it's too... busy to check on an order, there is something wrong there. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. This Papa John's location is the worst of all. They lack customer service experience and do not... care for the quality of their food. The night manager is rude and doesn't have a clue on how to manage this pizzeria. Don'torder from here if you want burned, over cooked food. Read more
I ordered 4 pizzas and found white plastic..or something. Definitely what people cant eat. They just changed pizza and took... white thing . No refund . No discount. Nothing. Very good. Work fast and work well. I?m giving 4 stars ONLY because before I was able to call these guys and it was really fast... and I?d be able to pick up soon after. NOW I call and I get to speak to some guy at Papa John?s somewhere in this world andmakes the phone call LONG. Every time, the phone call takes more than 3 minutes. 1st of all the food aka pizza and wings and everything else is good and yes the wait is long. But also I give it 4 stars because... tonight I ordered a medium pepperoni and plain 8 piece wings and they got half of my order wrong. They gave me a plain mediumcheese pizza even though on the sticker that they put on the boxes that say your order it says pepperoni, and I didn?t eventhink to check the box because I was in a rush. Hopefully they will double check if they have the orders correctly. The food isgood though. Read more
I had my first bad experience here. Usually, this is my one to go pizzeria. Today, however, they were rude, and hung up to me... not once, not twice, but 3 times! Unbelievable! Nevertheless, I must say the pizza is delicious. Never had a bad experience withthe food, but with the staff as a whole. They ignored me and refused to tell me when the pizza was going to arrive. I order apizza 1 hour and 30 minute ago, and when I asked what took them too long, they brushed it off saying they were busy. I also haveto add that when I called them to ask them why it took them so long to arrive, they wouldn?t pick up my phone. I had toliterally ask my mother to hand me her phone so I could call them. Surprise! They answered. And once they realized it was methey were disrespectful and would not give me any useful solutions. Then they told me they would send me to their manager buthe/she didn?t pick up either! I am so conflicted and sad, I loved their food. However this was my first and last time thishappened to me with this pizzeria. The pizza is good, but the lack of costumer service is not worth it. Read more
