NEVER PLACE ORDERS FROM HERE! Very bad customer service!! I ordered some pizzas and it arrived very late about 1 hour later and... it was incomplete because I also ordered some drinks. I call to solve this problem, first "the manager" hung up the call, thesecond time he asks me again if I actually asked for drinks and he hung up on me, I tried to call a couple more times and theydidn't answer me again. I wouldn?t recommend ordering from here. This location is the worst ever. I?ve always loved Papa John?s but unfortunately this... is the one close to my house. I already gave them lots of opportunities, once I had to go and get my own pizza I ordered fordelivery because it took 1 1/2 hour and no one answered the phone. This is the worst pizza place I?ve ever been. The customer service was the worst as well. Pizza is supposed to come with chili... or garlic powder if customers request it. However, Don?t ever asked for it at this place. They will literally charge you for it.The cashier or manager said it comes with a pack of garlic powder and chili powder, but it was not with my order. So, when I askfor it, the cashier or manager literally threw it out to me. I will never ever go back and recommend anyone to go this place. Read more
