Still waiting for pizza! Ordered pizza through uber eats, 1.5 hours after expected arrival time still no pizza! No response when... requesting updates, has said 'will be heading your way' for over 1 hour now. Have resorted to ordering from elsewhere as unsureif this pizza will ever turn up. Read more
NEVER PLACE ORDERS FROM HERE! Very bad customer service!! I ordered some pizzas and it arrived very late about 1 hour later and... it was incomplete because I also ordered some drinks. I call to solve this problem, first "the manager" hung up the call, thesecond time he asks me again if I actually asked for drinks and he hung up on me, I tried to call a couple more times and theydidn't answer me again. I wouldn?t recommend ordering from here. This location is the worst ever. I?ve always loved Papa John?s but unfortunately this... is the one close to my house. I already gave them lots of opportunities, once I had to go and get my own pizza I ordered fordelivery because it took 1 1/2 hour and no one answered the phone. Can I put a -100. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR A NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. EVER! ???????? they never delivered my pizza 2 times.... Currently I?m on hold for 35 minutes trying to get a human that works on that place. Horrible. Horrible. I?m surprised theyhaven?t shut this place down. Stealing ppls money. Please do not order from here. I ordered through Grubhub, and since it they do not use Grubhub drivers, I called to get an eta.... They told me the driver is on their way. 50+mins later I called again to be rudely yelled at by the guy on the phone. I get ifyou?re busy but, they need to learn how to treat a customer. I have ordered a pizza to get delivered 50 mn max later. An hour afterwards, still didn?t get anything. I went back on Uber, and... got the phone number of this Papa John?s. And woahhhh, it was such a disaster as an experience with them. The different guys Ihad on the phone were rude, unsympathetic, they just told me « they didn?t have time » to deliver the pizza and that I wouldwait for long again ????. I told them it was not the behaviour customers should face, and that they should have contacted meinstead of letting me wait just for nothing. Restaurants can contact customers through the Uber app, this Papa John?s chose notto. I should have read the previous reviews, they are all bad! And they just don?t care, they just keep acting like bad guyswith customers. I think I?m gonna write to the big boss, to know why he keeps those stupids guys as employees. Read more
This is the worst pizza place I?ve ever been. The customer service was the worst as well. Pizza is supposed to come with chili... or garlic powder if customers request it. However, Don?t ever asked for it at this place. They will literally charge you for it.The cashier or manager said it comes with a pack of garlic powder and chili powder, but it was not with my order. So, when I askfor it, the cashier or manager literally threw it out to me. I will never ever go back and recommend anyone to go this place. Read more
