I have to give it an overall rating: The workers seem helpful. The guy heated my other slice to go 10mins after I ate my slice... with pepperoni and meatball. The pepperoni, meatball and sausage pizza was good , but not great. It was bulky amount oftopping so it was filling. The meatball was slightly dry. The chair setup has a homely vibe. Normal pizza joint, nothing special (unless you consider Sicilian slices being the same three bucks as a regular cheese slice... extraordinary -- but the Sicilians here are smaller than any place else, almost kid-sized) but nothing bad here, either...I comehere often when I'm in the mood for "very normal" pizza! They do have specialty fare such as, what, Grandma's pizza orMargherita pizza and I'll have to increase my rating if they and the garlic knots impress me but I've only been interested inthe regular stuff so far 'cause that's just what this place feels like, an after-school hangout kinda pizzeria. A neighborhood gem that has been around for over 60 years. I've had a regular slice on the go before and decided to pickup a... large pie with anchovies. I kept the box slightly opened and it filled my car with that salty fish aroma which complimented thesmell of fresh cheese and that hearty oven baked crust. Fantastic and the pricing is very affordable. Will try a meat lovers pieon my next trip. Read more
