Love the atmosphere in this restaurant!! We didn't want to go to the high-end Colombian restaurant and wanted a more authentic... feeling so we got the right spot. We had the asado chicken, and some fries with Colombiana drinks for our dinner. Loved thechicken they're tasty! Staffs were great, attentive and served us well ! Good job. Read more
I should give them a negative star for their misinformation when taking orders via phone.After we ordered the food they Asked... for a card in order to proceed,OK NO PROBLEM asked for tip in advance,OK NO PROBLEM for pick up food,but didn?t let us knowbefore charging that they need an ID.in order to give us $40 worth of food.Unfortunately Ididnt have my ID that day and managerand waitress just couldn?t help out.It was policies of the restaurant!!!which I understand it?s not my first time ordering foodor eating in at a restaurant and most of them don?t ask for payment in advance.I guess all people sitting that day at the momentof paying the bill were asked for an ID too,right OFFER A BETTER SERVICE,MORE HUMAN AND LESS NONSENSE POLICIES . My family and I were very upset and will never come back to a place like this, the pollos Mario manager was very disrespectful... all the time when we tried to explain they were selling a seafood casserole for $23 and half the content of the plate was crabimitation also, some plates were cold and salty, my wife told me the bathroom was so dirty. finally I had to pay for somethingI never ate and they didn't care at all. overall this place sucks. Great Colombian food. Everything was so delicious and the portions are just huge! Definitely enough to bring home and have for... lunch the next day. Service could be a little better though. Waited never refilled waters and never checked in on us. Read more
