Ordered my meals and the mgr started the order and walked off never to return. I stood there watching my partial order while... the other employees took other orders. One person came in and told them her order was wrong...I should've walked out while Ihad the chance! I finally asked what was going on and they began to complete the order. I got home to find that I had chickenpieces instead of tenders and both of my chicken sandwiches had pickles, even though I asked for them to be removed. There was a bum outside asking for money. I was attended fast but it is better to take your time and get the order right. I had... to repeatedly ask for a fork and jelly. I asked for my receipt and I was not given my reciept. The male cashier was too busyspeaking to the female cashier. He was also speaking in his language. I guess it was his girlfriend and he wasn't payingattention. Improve this and I will give all 5 stars. Customer Service needs to improve. Not just about being fast it is aboutthe manners and treatment that matters the most. Read more

Ordering ahead? You still have to wait 10 minutes. Picking up an order for a delivery that should've been ready 10 minutes ago?... 10 minutes for that too. Order spicy chicken get regular chicken. Ask for ranch they give you sweet heat. Ask for coleslaw, theygive you fries. Drive to Francis Lewis for better service and better quality of food. Read more

I am beyond upset with my order. Firstly I placed my order through Uber eats, the meal did not a safety seal. Second I did not... receive what I ordered even the soda was incorrect that I received.
