The lady didn?t add a biscuit on my combo order, although it was included on my receipt.
Normally Popeyes always surpasses my expectations and I get exactly what I ordered which is a great filling meal, however this... time that didn't happen. I ordered a chicken tender meal and a chicken sandwich meal, the chicken tender coating wasextremely hard to bite into and the chicken itself was tough and dry, so it was sitting for a long time. The chicken sandwichwas also not up to par either with similar issues being dry and tough chicken, don't know where they got this bird from but itmust have been working out something fierce to be that tough, even the soda machine was broken and had no diet options fordiabetic customers. Quick, fresh food. Pretty clean, lots of tables though can get crowded fast. It was busy when I was there at 1:45 pm.
Tried charging me for cocktail sauce that I didn't order and refused to give a refund.
