This place never answers the phone so don?t do a Uber eats order or door dash order ! I called because I am pregnant and wanted... my food to be fresh however they kept answering hanging up the phone then strictly left the phone off the hanger . Lol if I canrate this place less than one star I would , my chicken sandwich came with just the patty and bread . No pickles no mayo and Istrictly requested that on Uber eats ! Manager noyan has a nasty attitude.if a customer prefers to wait for fresh order knowing it will take longer what's the problem?... What makes it worse is that you ended up waiting and they make the same mistake twice then it gives you attitude. Not sure why the staff is very stingy with the sauce. I Literally ordered a 5 piece with two sides and was denied any sauce... unless I paid an extra $.75 which is ridiculous due to the fact that sauce should come with the meal. I literally ordered the $25 combo , shows tenders fries and biscuit and I paid separately for the mashed potatoes. I called to... notify that I did not get a combo like I ordered he said on the receipt doesn?t say that. I asked for a manager several times DOEMPLOYEES UNDERSTAND WHAT COMBO IS? Safe to say I?ll never order from that place again and I asked how they were going to bringme the food oh that?s not what it said on the receipt. Popeye has gotten cheap, for an 8pc chicken, they only gave 2 sauces?! Also, just because their soda dispenser (available to... customers) isn't working, you cannot get any refills, but should you want a refill, they will charge you $2 - mind you theirmedium drink costs $3.49.
