I work down the block, and the food is good honestly. But the girl who answers the phone is so rude every single time that my... whole office refuses to order from here. she has been rude on the phone and in person to everyone here separately. that is somuch lost business from a busy office a few blocks away that would order on a daily basis. I tried to place an order again todayand the girl was even ruder than usual. asking her how much the total is? it's a huge problem for her. I told her I was going topay by card and she literally said " UUUUUGH. Really?! " lmao. I told her to cancel my order and that I wanted to speak to theboss, because she was costing him literal daily business. she refused to tell me her name she refused to let me speak to hermanager. she hung up on me repeatedly. Sergio's is a no frills pizza joint, but don't let that fool you. The quality of their pies and service are excellent. They... don't use higher priced toppings like some of the crazy expensive restaurants in Astoria, but their toppings are indeed tasty.Your wallet will appreciate it as well. They offer fast and friendly service, a nice outdoor seating area, and a convenientlocation to park and enjoy a slice on the go. They also have other food options if you desire something different.
