Shake shack is great but in modern times you get your burger from a heat lamp rather than fresh made.

Was in line that switched from 3 cashier's to one. How can that happen at any part of a game?? Workers were literally just... standing around. Food was fine Read more

Best places to get food at Citi field. Ironically it's one of the cheapest places with burgers for 9/12 (double) compared to the... $15 in most concession stands. It is located within Citi field next to section 139. There is also a 10% discount if you use aCiti card. They have hot dogs, beer ($13-15) and an exclusive Citi field triple cookie vanilla shake apart from the regularitems at Shake shack. Read more

Went with my son to get something to eat during the game. Stood on line for literally a half an hour. The staff was just... standing there talking with other staff members and I had to walk up to the counter and ask if I can place an order. The cashiersaids "sure, what would you like". So if I didn't just walk up to him and continued to stand in line, nobody would have orderedand the line wouldn't have moved at all. Then after placing the order, waited literally another half hour to get my food, andthe order was incorrect - put cheese in my burger after I told him 4 times no cheese, also the fries were cold. Worst service ata shake shack ever, these employees should all be fired. Shame on you shake shack! Read more

The person who was the cashier was also the one who went and pulled our order together we spent 1 and a half hour on line and 35... more minutes waiting for the cashier to cook and get order together. I got to stadium in the bottom of second spent 3 to 4innings getting food and with bathroom waits I saw about, 3 innings of the game. I went with 7 people and we all went throughthe same sad delema. Sad Uncle Steve and Citifield. If I go again I will sneak my own food in. Rest assured. Read more

Had the double stack burger and fries here whilst at the game and to be honest was very surprised at the quality of the... burger. Was pretty decent and although price quite high for what you get that is to be expected at a sports venue. Read more

One of the best food options in Citi Field. If you're jonesing for an amazing burger, stay far away from the regular ball park... burgers and get Shake Shack. The quality is vastly different. Same goes for the fries. Read more

Wow! Deliciously good-tasting, bad-for-your-body, food. This is a heart attack in a box, but at least you?ll die fat and happy.... Seriously, this was an awesome burger. There are better ones out there, but I was surprised at the taste and quality of thisburger for a ball field food stand. This was my first experience at a Shake Shack (I?m from out of town), and while the line wascrazy long (a 42 minute wait between the top of the third and the bottom of the fifth innings), my meal was worth it. The pricesfor a ball field were decent and our customer service rep was friendly and patient with our large order for six people. As forthe food, the fries were actually crispy and delicious as well considering they look like the Ore-Ida frozen crinkle fries youcan purchase at the grocery. The shakes were heavenly. These are no frills, add-on burdened shakes, just pure creamy, ice creamand whole milk smoothness. And they fill you up! Come prepared. Come hungry. Leave full to bursting! I?ll definitely visit aShake Shack when I?m in NY again. Read more
